At The Canny Content Creator, I take pride in providing a personal, high-quality wedding content service. Due to the nature of my work, all bookings and payments are subject to the following refund policy:
1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your date and allows me to dedicate time and resources to your wedding.
2. Cancellations

If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before your wedding, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

If you cancel within 30 days of your wedding, the full remaining balance is due, and no refund will be issued.
3. Changes to Booking
If you need to reschedule your wedding or adjust your package, I will do my best to accommodate your new date or requirements. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Delivery of Content
I guarantee delivery of your wedding content as outlined in your package. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference of style or editing choices, but I welcome discussion if adjustments are needed.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that I am unable to provide services due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, depending on availability.
